Our journey began in 2013, when our founder Praveen Kumar started his career as a civil contractor, successfully completing numerous residential and commercial projects until 2016. This early hands-on experience laid a strong foundation of technical expertise, practical insight, and a deep understanding of the industry’s intricacies.
In 2016, he established Bimal Infra Constructions Pvt. Ltd., a Class I Public Works Department (PWD) contractor, with a vision to take on larger and more complex projects. Under the able leadership of Managing Director Praveen Kumar, along with Directors Prashanth Kumar and Deepika, the company experienced exponential growth. Since 2018, Bimal Infra Constructions has been actively engaged in executing a diverse range of government projects—including CC roads, bitumen roads, bridges, and buildings—as well as various private sector developments.
Our consistent performance and sound management are reflected in our strong financial record, maintaining an annual turnover of over ₹40 crore since 2018. This growth and stability demonstrate our proven capacity to handle large-scale and technically demanding projects with precision and reliability.
To expand our capabilities and bring our expertise to the private sector, we launched Bimal Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. in 2023. Within its very first year, the company achieved an impressive turnover of ₹3.74 crore, and in the current financial year, our turnover has reached ₹40 crore, with projections up to ₹70 crore by year-end. This rapid growth reflects the trust and confidence our clients place in our services.
Bimal Buildcon’s strength lies in its integrated approach to construction. The company operates its own state-of-the-art Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant, ensuring complete control over concrete quality, consistency, and delivery timelines. By producing our own RMC, we minimize dependency on external suppliers, enhance quality assurance, and improve project efficiency.
Complementing this is our modern fleet of construction vehicles and machinery, including tippers, excavators, loaders, cranes, and dump trucks. This investment in infrastructure allows us to mobilize resources swiftly, maintain precision in execution, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Founder, Chairman and Managing Director
Praveen Kumar is the Managing Director of Bimal Buildcon Private Limited. He completed his diploma and, during his studies, worked part-time to support his education and gain practical exposure.
Before establishing his own construction company, he worked as a Site Supervisor and Site Engineer for more than three years, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in construction and site management.
After acquiring substantial on-site knowledge and industry experience, he founded Bimal Buildcon Private Limited in 2003, laying a strong foundation for the company through his technical expertise and practical understanding of the construction field.
Prashanth Kumar
Director
Prashanth Kumar, the Director of Bimal Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., holds a Diploma and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. With a strong foundation in construction and infrastructure development, he has actively contributed to the growth of the business alongside Praveen over the years. His expertise spans various aspects of civil engineering, including project planning, execution, and quality management, making him a key driving force behind the company’s continued success.
Before taking on his current leadership role, Prashanth Kumar gained valuable experience working with public sector companies for over three years, where he held senior positions and managed large-scale projects. For the past two years, he has also been serving as an advisor to several private firms, including Bimal Buildcon Pvt. Ltd, offering strategic guidance and technical insights to enhance operational efficiency and project excellence.
Deepika
Director
Deepika brings a dynamic and strategic approach to the company’s operations. With a background in business administration and project coordination, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing organizational planning, client relations, and overall project management. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence have significantly contributed to the company’s growth and reputation in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Before joining Bimal Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., Deepika gained extensive experience working in administrative and managerial roles, where she developed strong expertise in operations, team leadership, and business development. As a director, she continues to drive efficiency, foster innovation, and ensure that every project upholds the company’s core values of quality, transparency, and timely delivery.
